Contemporary Quilter got its start eight years ago in October 2001 as The Country Quilter and due to my love of Kaffe Fassett fabrics, our shop never quite fit the usual look of "country"! We have one of the largest selections of Westminster fabrics in the Northwest that includes Denyse Schmidt, Amy Butler, and of course, Kaffe. Asian fabrics, including Daiwaibo, Westrade, and Kona Bay are another key factor in our shop with batiks coming in at third place! What you see on our site is just a sampling of what we have in our shop, so call or email us if you want further information.

We are located in Vista Village between the airport and city center. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10-6; Saturday, 10-5; and we're closed on Sunday and Monday.

The owner is Karen Barnet, the Shop Manager is Linda Thompson, and Cover Dog/Trusty Assistant is Ms. Frankie.
